The foundation of our retreats is firstly to treat you to the most relaxing weekend you've had since you can remember.  Our mission is to make sure you are comfortable and feel totally supported to do nothing or everything we offer. 

 

We create beautiful, detoxing and metabolism boosting meals.  You will have the opportunity to enjoy authentic movement and education. 

 

In four words.... Relaxation.  Rejuvenation.  Education.  Movement. 

 

We offer physical movement with an awareness of growth and ease. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of all aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.  

 

We’ve been holding Health & Wellness Retreats since 2014 and whilst we are serious about good health and nurturing our guests, we also love to have fun in the process.

  2. pay a $500 non-refundable deposit on choosing your room.

  3. we will invoice you for the deposit and for each payment afterward.

  4. all payments to be received 2 weeks prior to retreat start date.

The retreat was so amazing.  The accommodation was near to the coastline in the rainforest giving us peace and tranquility and also space to go for a hike / run and a swim in the ocean.  The food was outstanding and I really enjoyed the yoga.  Having a little reset on food was just what I needed to be inspired again in the kitchen.  Such a restful weekend and a great way to connect with others in a holiday that was fabulous for my health!   I look forward to attending another one soon.
